Collection & Recycling Arrangements for Revvity Customers in the United Kingdom
The UK Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment (WEEE) Regulations came into force on 1st July 2007. PerkinElmer will finance the cost of treatment, recycling and recovery of WEEE manufactured after 13 August 2005 when this equipment eventually becomes waste. This is referred to as New WEEE.
Under the UKWEEE Regulations, PerkinElmer will finance the treatment, recycling and recovery of old equipment (pre-13 August 2005) when new PerkinElmer purchase replaces, on a one-for-one, like-for-like basis or fulfilling the same function of old WEE. The old equipment that your new purchase replaces is referred to as Historic WEEE.
Revvity is compliant with Waste Electrical & Electronic Equipment (WEEE) Regulations 2013, with Producer Registration number WEE/HA0048TZ.
We are a member of the B2B Compliance scheme (WEE/MP3338PT), which handles our WEEE obligations on our behalf.
