When comparing internalization probes, the PhenoVue pH-Sensitive imaging reagent stood out immediately. Unlike pHRodo-based approaches where we sometimes struggled with small fluorescence changes (often just two- to three-fold), the PhenoVue probe generated much clearer signal differences. This made detection and quantification of internalization events significantly easier. For our imaging experiments investigating intracellular localization and trafficking pathways, PhenoVue provides the mechanistic insight we need at the single-cell level.
