IVISense Fluorescent Nanoparticles
1 of
The use of fluorescent nanoparticles has demonstrated much potential in research due to their superior brightness and longer photostability when compared to traditional fluorescent dyes and labels. Our IVISense™ NIR fluorescent nanoparticles enable researchers to customize the development of super-bright fluorescent imaging agents for in vivo and in vitro imaging.
- Increased fluorescence signal and higher quantum yield
- Lower background and higher signal-to-noise ratios
- Multiple wavelengths for multiplex imaging of various targets using different fluorophores
- Customizable targeting via conjugation with:
- Amine-reactive molecules, comprising NHS esters, anhydrides or EDC activated carboxylates
- Comes with fluorochromes attached
Developed and optimized on Revvity’s IVIS® imaging systems.
For research use only. Not for use in diagnostic procedures.
Image vascularity, perfusion, and vascular permeability in vivo, using fluorescent nanoparticles with a long pharmacokinetic profile.
