These AlphaLISA™ Acceptor beads are conjugated with a proprietary CaptSure™ agent that immobilizes CaptSure™-tagged antibodies. These CaptSure™ Acceptor beads are being offered as a standalone item in case of need of replacement, for use in AlphaLISA™ SureFire® Ultra™ assays. CaptSure™-conjugated beads are already included in all AlphaLISA™ SureFire® Ultra™ kits, used in the detection of phosphoproteins in cell lysates. This product is provided at lower stock concentration than our standard Alpha toolbox products, to match the concentration of beads provided in AlphaLISA™ SureFire® Ultra™ kits. These AlphaLISA CaptSure™ Acceptor Beads cannot replace protein A beads used in the AlphaScreen® SureFire® version of the kits as the antibody needs to be tagged with a CaptSure™ tag to be recognized by these beads.
