The positive control lysate is prepared from Karpas-299 cells, cultured in T175 flasks to 1 x 106 cells/mL in medium containing 10% FBS and lysed with SureFire Ultra Lysis Buffer at a final concentration of 0.3 x 106 cells/mL.
