Overview

The XL665-NH2 is a do-it-yourself solution for labeling peptides, oligonucleotides or proteins with XL. This reagent is ideal for experienced users familiar with labeling and chromatography. Used in combination with bi-functional reagents such as carbodiimides and SMCC/SPDP. Maleimide group generated by SMCC activation of the XL-NH2 reacts with the thiol generated by SPDP/DTT treatment on the biomolecules to label.
