Product information
Overview
This control lysate is intended for use with the AlphaLISA SureFire Ultra Human and Mouse Total Wee1 Detection Kit or for use as a control for those running orthogonal or secondary assays along with the SureFire assay. To prepare the lysate, Jurkat cells were seeded at 500K/mL and grown overnight in T175 flasks in medium containing 10% FBS. Cells were washed in HBSS + 0.1% BSA and lysed in SureFire Ultra Lysis Buffer at a final cell concentration of 4x106 cells/mL.
