Overview

This control lysate is intended for use with the AlphaLISA SureFire Ultra Human Phospho-ALK (Tyr1604) Detection Kit or for use as a control for those running orthogonal or secondary assays along with the SureFire assay. To prepare the lysate, Karpas-299 cells were cultured in T175 flasks to 1 x 106 cells/mL in medium containing 10% FBS and lysed with SureFire Ultra Lysis Buffer at a final concentration of 0.3 x 106 cells/mL.
