Acridine Orange: a membrane permeable staining solution for the detection of nucleated cells.
AO is permeable to both live and dead cells and stains all nucleated cells to generate green fluorescence.
One 5 mL vial, good for approximately 250 tests on Cellometer instruments.
Compatible instruments: Cellometer Auto 2000, X2, Spectrum, K2, Cellaca MX, Cellaca PLX, and Celigo
