sensilite is an Enhanced Flash Firefly luciferase detection assay system designed to detect and quantitate Firefly luciferase from cultured cells with optimum sensitivity. The assay requires the use of a luminometer equipped with a dispenser as the signal has to be read shortly after dispensing.
