AlphaScreen Anti-Mouse IgG Donor Beads, 25 mg

Alpha Donor beads conjugated to anti-mouse IgG antibody. This bead can be used to capture mouse IgG antibodies for Alpha no-wash protein detection, antibody detection, antibody binding, and other applications.

  • Alpha Donor beads coated with anti-mouse IgG antibody. The conjugated goat polyclonal F(ab')2 fragment targets the Fc region of mouse IgG. These beads can be used to capture mouse IgG antibodies and mouse Fc-fusion proteins, and can be used in conjunction with AlphaScreen, AlphaLISA, or AlphaPlex Acceptor beads to create no-wash assays for:

    • Analyte detection assays
    • Antibody detection assays
    • Antibody binding assays
    • Protein-protein interaction assays
    • Protein detection assays
    • Enzymatic assays

    In a typical Alpha assay, 1 mg of Donor beads is sufficient to run 1,000-2,000 wells using a 25 µL reaction volume. Bead concentration can be adjusted for optimal performance.
