Overview
This positive control lysate is prepared from Jurkat cells cultured in a T175 flask to 10 6 cells/mL in medium containing 10%FBS, treated with 2.5mM Pervanadate for 30 minutes, and lysed at 3.2x106 cells/mL with 1X SureFire Ultra Lysis buffer.
