NEXTFLEX NGS library prep kits for Illumina and Element Biosciences AVITI sequencing platforms

NEXTFLEX™ NGS library preparation kits convert DNA and RNA samples into sequencing-ready libraries for high-throughput sequencing platforms. Depending on the workflow, library preparation may include fragmentation, end repair, adapter ligation, amplification, cleanup, size selection, and optional target enrichment. These kits help streamline library prep workflows with high-quality protocols, consistent performance, and responsive technical support.

The portfolio is designed for compatibility with Illumina® and Element Biosciences® AVITI™ platforms and can integrate into established laboratory workflows. Automation-ready formats support liquid-handling systems to increase throughput, reduce hands-on time, and improve reproducibility.
