Overview
CD3/CD4/CD8 surface marker kit with a total dye (Hoechst) for detection of three surface marker populations. Anti-human CD3 surface marker is conjugated with KIRAVIA Blue 520™. Anti-human CD4 is conjugated with PE. Anti-human CD8 is conjugated with APC. Each kit is composed of three surface marker reagents, three isotype controls, and total dye.
- Kit will provide enough materials to perform approximately 25 tests.
- Optimized for Cellaca PLX.
- KIRAVIA Blue 520™ has an excitation maximum of 495 nm, and a maximum emission of 520 nm.
