Revvity’s high-throughput cell counting plates are specifically designed for use with Cellaca™ cell counters and Celigo™ image cytometer.
The plates enable 24 cell counts per plate and have the standard footprint for automation compatibility.
When used on the Cellaca platform:
- up to 24 samples can be counted in 48 seconds using Trypan blue staining
- up to 24 samples can be counted in under 3 minutes using AOPI staining solution
- cell-based assays such as apoptosis, mitochondrial membrane potential, protein expression (including GFP and RFP) and reactive oxygen species (ROS) can be performed
Ergonomic high-throughput cell counting plates are available with counting wells arranged in either a 12 x 2-well or 8 x 3-well format. An easier-to-use cell counting plate with sample and reagent loading wells labeled for pipetting ease, no plate map required.
