The FFA120 ladder is a Cy5-labeled molecular standard used to measure fragment sizes in single-stranded DNA (ssDNA) samples using a microfluidic LabChip assay or another analytical platform, with 5 size standards as 20 nt, 40 nt, 60 nt, 80 nt, and 120 nt. It is used together with the LabChip® FFA120 Assay Reagent Kit.
