Are there additional discounts when we use punchout?
Yes. Customers who shop on Revvity.com and use the Revvity punchout will always get an "online only" discount when ordering online. Your institution may already have discounts based on the organization's collective historic buying in each product area. The online only discount will apply when no other discounts are available for the institution.

What P2P (Procure to Pay) features are supported by Revvity?
Catalogs: Hosted/ecatalog/CIF, Punchout, Punchout leve 2 (if supported by the customer's platform).
Orders: automated orders (cXML, EDI, cXBL).
Order Confirmation: automated (cXML EDI) or email.
Shipment notification: automated (cXML EDI) or email.

What P2P platforms is Revvity integrated with?
Revvity integrates with all major platforms and even customer home grown platforms. We have integrations with Ariba, Acquire, Coupa, ESM, GHX, Intramalls, Jaggaer, Oracle Business Network, Point Purchasing, and Taulia. We also support customers with a direct connection to us.

Can I add additional email addresses to receive order confirmations and shipment notifications?
Yes, at checkout there is an option to add another email address for the order. You can also manage and add additional email addresses in My Account for order related notifications.

Where is my password reset email?
You will receive an email from Revvity Customer Care - please check your spam folder if needed. If you did not receive an email, you will need to complete a new registration on Revvity.com.

What countries offer online ordering?
Online ordering is available in Australia, Austria, Belgium, Canada, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Ireland, Italy, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Norway, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, United Kingdom and the United States.

I don't know my account number. Can I still register online without my account number?
Yes. If you don't already have an account or you don't have your account number from a previous invoice or quotation, you can still complete the online registration process. Can I pay with a PO# or do I need to use a credit card on Revvity.com?
Customers can place an order using either a purchase order (PO) or a credit card directly through the website (credit card payment only available in US and Canada).
