Overview
The PhenoVue Human IgG4 Isotype Control is a negative control for evaluation of antibody-mediated internalization. Compatible with both live-cell and fixed-cell protocols, it is processed in parallel with test antibodies of the same isotype to distinguish specific uptake from nonspecific background. This reagent is recommended for use with the PhenoVue Human IgG Antibody Internalization Kit (Fluor 647, pH-sensitive), where it provides the reference needed to validate signal specificity. Supplied in a 2 x 96-well format, it supports high-content imaging, immunofluorescence, and microscopy applications, for antibody and ADC research.
