Overview
PhenoVue Probenecid ready to use solution is commonly used to inhibit organic-anion transporters. These transporters, present in cell membranes, frequently extrude fluorescent dyes and lower intracellular dye retention which typically results in high background levels.
PhenoVue Probenecid is provided in a convenient ready to use water-soluble and heat-stable format.
Recommended working concentration: 2.5 mM (1 vial dissolved in 100 mL HBSS buffer)
