PhenoVue Human IgG Antibody Internalization Kit (Fluor 515, pH sensitive), 2 x 96-well

PhenoVue Human IgG Antibody Internalization Kit (Fluor 515, pH-sensitive) is a ready-to-use, no-wash solution for real-time live-cell imaging of antibody and ADC internalization, supporting immuno-oncology research and ADC development.

The kit combines three complementary reagents for 3-channel multiplexed imaging:

• PhenoVue Fluor 515 pH-sensitive Fab anti-human IgG labels antibody–Fab complexes in green
• PhenoVue 633 Lysosomal Stain labels lysosomes in red
• PhenoVue Hoechst 33342 Nuclear Stain labels nuclei in blue

The pH-sensitive Fab probe remains dim at neutral extracellular pH and produces a bright, highly photostable green fluorescent signal as antibody–receptor complexes traffic into acidic endosomal and lysosomal compartments. Together, the three stains enable kinetic profiling of internalization and assessment of lysosomal localization with minimal extracellular background.
