Overview
The chemagic 1.5k cfDNA Kit H96 processes 96 fresh or frozen serum/plasma samples (up to 0.5 - 1.5 ml each), EDTA serum samples as well as Streck Cell-free DNA BCT tubes. It offers a fast automated workflow with onboard lysis (no heating step required), provides reproducible yields of circulating cell-free DNA comparable to manual methods, and enables common downstream applications like PCR and NGS.
