Overview
The chemagic cfDNA 5k Kit H24 is designed for processing up to 5 ml fresh, or frozen serum/plasma, EDTA serum or plasma samples, as well as Streck BCT samples, with a fast automated workflow that includes on-board lysis, no heating step required. It provides reproducible cell-free DNA yields comparable to manual methods, suitable for various downstream applications.
