This control lysate is intended for use with the AlphaLISA SureFire Ultra Human Phospho-CD3 ζ (Tyr142) Detection Kit or for use as a control for those running orthogonal or secondary assays along with the SureFire assay. To prepare the lysate, Jurkat cells were seeded at 500 K/mL and grown overnight in T175 flasks in 100 mL of 10% FBS containing medium. Cells were washed in HBSS + 0.1% BSA, adjusted to 3.5 X 106 cells/mL and treated with 44 mM H2O2 for 10 minutes. Cells were lysed with SureFire Ultra Lysis Buffer.
