PhenoVue Fluor 647 - Rat anti-mouse IgG2a antibody, highly cross-adsorbed, isotype IgG2a specific have been adsorbed against various IgG isotypes as well as IgG species such as rat, hamster, bovine, horse, human, rabbit, or chicken to minimize cross-reactivity. Specificity and sensitivity are improved and background reduced with PhenoVue Fluor 647 - Rat anti-mouse IgG2a antibody, highly cross-adsorbed.

It can be used in indirect immunofluorescence, immunohistochemistry and flow cytometry, as well as high-content analysis and screening applications.

Typical working concentration: 2.5 µg/mL (16.5 nM)
