These are pre-filled polypropylene screw cap 7 mL tubes with high-density polyethylene caps that contain 0.7 mm garnet mix (1000 tubes).
They are recommended for use with the Omni Bead Ruptor Elite bead mill homogenizer and are a reliable solution for various applications, including homogenization and lysis of biological materials from soft soil, sediment, clay, sludge, and wastewater. They are a well-suited consumable to feed into bead mill homogenization for analyte extraction and other applications. Resulting biological analytes extracted, such as DNA, RNA, and proteins, can then be used for a number of downstream assays for subsequent biochemical analysis.
