Overview
Our HTRF buffers are specially developed to provide you with the right tools to run your HTRF no-wash assays. This detection buffer is designed to prepare your assay components for protein/protein interaction studies and is particularly well suited when Terbium cryptate is used as the donor fluorophore in the assay. Terbium cryptate is a recommended donor if the interaction you are studying is sensitive to ionic strength. This buffer is supplied as a ready-to-use solution and does not require any further dilution.
