Overview

This control lysate is intended for use with the AlphaLISA SureFire Ultra Mouse Phospho-CSF1R (Tyr721) Detection Kit or for use as a control for those running orthogonal or secondary assays along with the SureFire assay. To prepare the lysate, RAW 264.7 cells cultured were to confluence in T175 flasks in 10% FBS containing media, stimulated with 100 ng/mL human M-CSF and lysed in 4 mL of Lysis Buffer.
