This reagent is designed to detect caspase 3/7 activity in live cells. This no wash assay has been shown to effectively work in both 2D and 3D cultures.
- Compatible instruments: K2, Spectrum, Cellaca MX, Celigo.
- One vial yields ~100-200 tests on Cellometer and Cellaca MX instruments.
- One vial is sufficient for 2.5 plates when using 96-well plates on Celigo.
