Overview
The Calcein-AM/PI Cell Vitality and Viability kits enable measurement of the number and concentration of both metabolically active and dead, or non-viable, cells in a population. The software automatically calculates percent vitality/viability based on the number of Calcein-positive (metabolically active) cells, and the number of PI-positive (non-viable) cells.
- Compatible instruments: Cellometer Auto 2000, X2, K2, Spectrum, and Cellaca MX. # of Tests: 100.
- (Component A) Calcein AM, 200 µL
- (Component B) Propidium iodide 500 µL
