Cell viability kit contains three reagents: Calcein AM, Hoechst and PI. Live cells are labeled with green fluorescing calcein, dead cells are labeled with red fluorescing PI and total nucleated cell number is determined using Hoechst.
- Compatible instruments: Cellaca MX, Cellaca PLX, and Celigo, (Component A) Propidium iodide, 200 µL (Component B) Hoechst 33342, 40 µL (Component C) Calcein AM, 50 µL
