It is being offered as a standalone item, in case of need of replacement or for additional volume. It is intended to be used solely in conjunction with AlphaLISA SureFire Ultra assays containing the AlphaLISA SureFire Ultra Activation
Buffer B. The AlphaLISA SureFire Ultra Activation Buffer B optimizes the recognition of the target by the antibodies present in the kit.
