Overview
Fluorescent proteins stained with viability reagents for detection of protein expression and viability determination. This kit assesses the viability of either GFP or RFP expressing cells. For viability, dead cells are identified using a dead dye (RubyDead), and total (Hoechst) dye stained cells.
- Each kit is composed of a dead dye (RubyDead) and total (Hoechst).
- Kit will provide enough materials to perform approximately 100 tests.
- Compatible with Cellaca PLX.
