Overview
Apoptotic reagents with viability dyes for detection of late-stage apoptotic marker populations and viability determination. Caspase 3 (late-stage) reagent is conjugated with a 488 fluorophore. For viability, dead cells are identified using RubyDead dye, while total cells are stained with Hoechst.
- Each kit is composed of apoptotic reagent (Caspase 3), dead dye (RubyDead), and total (Hoechst).
- Kit will provide enough materials to perform approximately 100 tests.
- Compatible with Cellaca PLX.
