Overview
CD3/CD8 surface marker kit with a total dye (Hoechst) for detection of two surface marker populations. Anti-human CD3 surface marker reagent is conjugated with KIRAVIA Blue 520™. Anti-human CD8 surface marker reagent is conjugated with APC. Each kit is composed of two surface marker reagents, two isotype controls, and total dye. This product is subject to proprietary rights of Sony and is made and sold under license from Sony Corporation.
- Kit will provide enough materials to perform approximately 25 tests.
- Optimized for Cellaca PLX.
- KIRAVIA Blue 520™ has an excitation maximum of 495 nm, and a maximum emission of 520 nm.
