Overview
This control lysate is intended for use with the AlphaLISA SureFire Ultra Multiplex Human Phospho-SMAD1 (Ser463/465 & total) Detection Kit or for use as a control for those running orthogonal or secondary assays along with the SureFire assay. To prepare the lysate, A549 cells were cultured to confluence in T175 flasks in 10% FBS containing media, then treated with 50 ng/mL BMP4 for 30 minutes and lysed with 4 mL of Lysis Buffer.
