Overview

DELFIA Wash Concentrate is intended for in vitro use with the DELFIA Platewash or the AutoDELFIA™ Automatic Immunoassay System after the appropriate dilution with distilled water. The product is supplied at a 25X concentration and contains a formulation of Tris-HCl buffered (pH 7.8) salt solution with Tween 20 detergent as well as GERMALL® II as preservative. We recommend using this product to wash DELFIA assay plates prior to the enhancement step as its formulation helps prevent unintended dissociation of the lanthanide chelate during wash steps.
