Overview
This standard should be reconstituted in 100 µL Milli-Q® grade water. The reconstituted analyte should be used within 60 minutes, if possible, or stored at 4°C for further experiments. Do not aliquot and do not freeze. It has been demonstrated that reconstituted human Aß 1-42 is stable for at least 30 days at 4ºC. One vial contains an amount of human Aß 1-42 sufficient for performing 10 standard curves.
