Alpha no-wash assay technology (AlphaLISA and AlphaScreen assays) is widely used in both basic research and in high throughput screening. Given the wide range of possible applications for Alpha assays, many different buffer types and compositions may be considered for use in Alpha assays. We provide a selection of buffers validated for AlphaLISA assays that may be ideal for your needs.
