Overview

This control lysate is intended for use with the AlphaLISA SureFire Ultra Human TREM2 Total Detection Kit or for use as a control for those running orthogonal or secondary assays along with the SureFire assay. To prepare the lysate, THP1 cells were seeded at 600K cells/mL and grown overnight in T175 flasks in 10% FBS containing medium. Cells were washed in HBSS + 0.1% BSA and lysed in SureFire Ultra Lysis Buffer at a final concentration of 5 x 10⁶ cells/mL.
