Overview

This control lysate is intended for use with the AlphaLISA SureFire Ultra Total ErbB2 Detection Kit or for use as a control for those running orthogonal or secondary assays along with the SureFire assay. The lysate is prepared from A431 cells, cultured in a T175 flask in 10% FBS containing medium, starved overnight, then treated with 1 µg/mL EGF for 5 minutes and lysed in 4 mL of 1X SureFire Ultra Lysis Buffer.
