Overview
This positive control lysates is prepared from NK92 cells, cultured to 0.2X106 cells/mL in T175 flasks in 12.5% FBS containing medium, IL-2 starved, then treated with 200ng/mL IL-12 for 30 min and lysed at 3.2X106 cells/mL with 1X SureFire Ultra Lysis buffer.
