Overview

This control lysate is intended for use with the AlphaLISA SureFire Ultra Total STAT1 Detection Kit or for use as a control for those running orthogonal or secondary assays along with the SureFire assay. To prepare the lysate HeLa cells were cultured to confluence in T175 flasks in 10% FBS containing medium, then treated with 0.6 M Sorbitol and 200 ng/mL interferonγ for 20 minutes each and lysed in 6 mL of 1X SureFire Ultra Lysis Buffer.
