Extra control lysate for the AlphaLISA^® SureFire^® Ultra™ Total RAS assay. This control is already provided in the AlphaLISA SureFire Ultra Total RAS assay kit, but can also be ordered separately.

Overview

This control lysate is intended for use with the AlphaLISA SureFire Ultra Total RAS Detection Kit or for use as a control for those running orthogonal or secondary assays along with the SureFire assay. The lysate is prepared from A431 cells, cultured to 80% confluence in T175 flasks in 10% FBS containing medium, and lysed in 8 mL of 1X SureFire Ultra Lysis Buffer.
