The AlphaLISA™ SureFire® Ultra™ Human and Mouse Phospho-PLK1 (Thr210) assay is a sandwich immunoassay for quantitative detection of phospho-PLK1 (Thr210) in cellular lysates using Alpha Technology.
For research use only. Not for use in diagnostic procedures. All products to be used in accordance with applicable laws and regulations including without limitation, consumption and disposal requirements under European REACH regulations (EC 1907/2006).
Polo-like kinase 1 (PLK1) is a Ser/Thr kinase essential for cell division (mitosis) and as such, a key regulator of the G2/M checkpoint of the cell cycle. PLK1 is activated by phosphorylation of Thr210 by AurA kinase and active PLK1 phosphorylates CDC25. Overexpression of PLK1 is associated with many types of cancers, including lung, breast, liver, and osteosarcoma.
The AlphaLISA SureFire Ultra Human and Mouse Phospho-PLK1 (Thr210) Detection Kit is a sandwich immunoassay for the quantitative detection of phospho-PLK1 (Thr210) in cellular lysates, using Alpha Technology.
