Overview
This control lysate is intended for use with the AlphaLISA SureFire Ultra Human and Mouse Total PDGF Receptor α Detection Kit or for use as a control for those running orthogonal or secondary assays along with the SureFire assay. To prepare the lysate, NIH/3T3 cells were cultured to confluence in T175 flasks in 10% FBS containing medium, treated with 100 ng/mL mM PDGF-BB for 10 minutes and lysed with 4 mL of Lysis Buffer.
