Overview
This control lysate is intended for use with the AlphaLISA SureFire Ultra phospho-NFκB p65 (Ser536) assay kit, or for use as a control for those running orthogonal or secondary assays along with the SureFire assay. This control lysate was prepared from HeLa cells, cultured to confluence in T175 flasks in 10% FBS containing medium for 3 days, then treated with 50 ng/mL TNFα and 20 ng/mL Calyculin A for 10 minutes and lysed in 10mL of 1X SureFire Ultra Lysis buffer.
