Overview

This control lysate is intended for use with the AlphaLISA SureFire Ultra Human and Mouse Total IRF8 or for use as a control for those running orthogonal or secondary assays along with the SureFire assay. To prepare the lysate, THP-1 cells were cultured in T175 flasks with 10% FBS containing medium and lysed at 1.5 x 10⁶ cells/mL in Lysis Buffer.
