Overview

This control lysate is intended for use with the AlphaLISA SureFire Ultra Human Total DNA PKcs Detection Kit or for use as a control for those running orthogonal or secondary assays along with the SureFire assay. To prepare the lysate, Hela cells were cultured to confluence in T175 flasks in 10% FBS containing medium, then treated with 3 μM Neocarzinostatin for 2 hours and lysed in 4 mL of 1X SureFire Ultra Lysis Buffer.
