  • Cyclin-dependent kinase 2 (CDK2) is an enzyme encoded by the CDK2 gene and a member of the cyclin-dependent kinase family of serine/threonine kinases. This protein plays a role in the G1/S transition and drives the progression of cells into the S- and M-phases of the cell cycle. CDK2 activity is largely dispensable for normal development, but it is critically associated with tumor growth in multiple cancer types.

    The AlphaLISA SureFire Human and Mouse Phospho-CDK2 (Thr160) Detection Kit is a sandwich immunoassay for the quantitative detection of phospho-CDK2 (Thr160) in cellular lysates, using Alpha Technology.

    • The HV (high volume) kit contains reagents to run 100 wells in 96-well format, using a 60 μL reaction volume.
    • The 500-point kit contains enough reagents to run 500 wells in 384-well format, using a 20 μL reaction volume.
    • The 10,000-point kit contains enough reagents to run 10,000 wells in 384-well format, using a 20 μL reaction volume.
    • The 50,000-point kit contains enough reagents to run 50,000 wells in 384-well format, using a 20 μL reaction volume.
