  • Autophagy Related 16 Like 1 (ATG16L1) is a protein that is essential for autophagy. ATG16L1 forms the ATG16-Complex 1 with ATG5 and ATG12 which plays a role in LC3 lipidation and mediates autophagosome formation. ATG16L1 is also implicated in autophagy-independent functions, such as intracellular membrane trafficking regulation and inflammation. This protein is involved in conditions such as Alzheimer’s disease, colorectal cancer, heart disease, breast cancer, and chronic myeloid leukemia.

    Formats
    • The HV (high volume) kit contains reagents to run 100 wells in 96-well format, using a 60 μL reaction volume.
    • The 500-point kit contains enough reagents to run 500 wells in 384-well format, using a 20 μL reaction volume.
    • The 10,000-point kit contains enough reagents to run 10,000 wells in 384-well format, using a 20 μL reaction volume.
    • The 50,000-point kit contains enough reagents to run 50,000 wells in 384-well format, using a 20 μL reaction volume.
